History

Mark IV Capital is an institutional-quality company with a proven track record that is founded on deep family roots.

Over 50 Years of Mark IV

The story of Mark IV began in the 1930’s with Elmer O. Slavik. Elmer ran a printing company and offered to print the catalog for industrial supply company, W. W. Grainger, Inc., in exchange for equity in the company.

This kickstarted multiple generations of entrepreneurship through which the Mark IV Capital legacy was built.

Today, Mark IV Capital is an institutional-quality real estate investment and private equity platform with a successful portfolio of investments across millions of square feet and 70+ private equity investments, a professionally managed Board of Directors, and a widely respected industry presence.
